Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was just awesome! The rooms were very big and had a superb bathroom. The location was perfect, just a 10-minute walk to the Duomo and the center. However, the dining options were not as varied as I hoped. The service was impeccable with very polite and helpful staff available. A great value for money experience!
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean and cozy, and I loved the setup with the private annex for the third adult. However, the inability to open the windows was a bit of a drawback. The service was excellent, and I enjoyed the complimentary breakfast and extra amenities. The location was perfect, close to the river and within walking distance of major attractions. The dining experience was delightful, with a good variety of dishes. Overall, a great value for the money.
The hotel offered beautiful rooms with 5m high painted ceilings and marble chimneys. The traditional 18th-century decor connected to our room through a locked door was a nice touch. The service was extremely nice, especially with suggestions for tourist attractions, and the location was quite central, surrounded by great restaurants and shops. The dining experience provided tremendous hot and cold items, although it could have been better. Overall, an absolutely perfect remodeling work with special pricing in a lovely area just a short walk from the center.
The hotel's rooms are elegantly furnished with all the necessary amenities you'd expect from a quality 4-star hotel, but the dining experience could be improved. The service was attentive, and the location is convenient for exploring the city.
I couldn't believe how great this hotel was! The rooms were quiet despite being on the second floor near a busy street, and that giant 4 poster bed was a dream. The breakfast spread was incredible, including eggs, bacon, cereals, fruits, cheese, ham, and bakery treats. However, the noise from the street could be a downside.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were of a good size with essential amenities, but being next to the elevator led to disturbed sleep due to noise. While the service was impressive, with attentive staff and helpful receptionists, some additional services like parking arrangements were lacking. The location was convenient, with easy access to Florence's old town, but the dining options, though decent, lacked variety over an extended stay.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were surprisingly spacious, but they felt a bit outdated compared to other places I've stayed in Italy. However, they were smartly furnished with adequate bathroom and closet space. The service was friendly, but I felt like some amenities were missing, like being offered a ride to the parking. The location was excellent, a short walk from the Arno river, Ponte Vecchio, and the city center. The dining options were decent, but I found the daily menu repetition a bit uninspiring.
The hotel is in a prime location with a vibrant atmosphere and easy access to various amenities. The rooms are elegantly decorated, clean, and offer a cozy stay. The service is accommodating and attentive, although some improvements could be made regarding comfort levels. The dining experience is satisfactory but lacks diverse options. Overall, a great choice for a stay with excellent value for money.
Staying at this hotel felt like a royal experience in Firenze with its beautiful, museum-like rooms, high painted ceilings, and marble chimney. The service was top-notch, with professional and helpful staff. The central location made exploring easy, though not extremely close to the city center. The dining experience was mostly delightful with delicious service, but a slight confusion with missing ingredients. Overall, a luxurious and comfortable stay with excellent service.
